About Little Fox Agency Pty Ltd

Who I am: Independent investor/acquirer, not a vendor. I'm not selling any product or service — I'm looking to invest in or acquire an existing small business. What I'm looking for: Geography: Melbourne or Greater Melbourne, Australia — within roughly a 1-hour drive of the CBD. Seller profile: Owners who are looking to exit, retire, or step back from their business (succession gap, burnout, no clear next-generation buyer, etc.) — not owners actively growing and staying in. Industry: No fixed vertical. Open to any small business that fits the geography and exit-motivation criteria. Deal structure: Undecided/flexible at this stage — could be a full acquisition, a majority buyout, or a minority equity investment. The first contact is meant to open a conversation, not pitch a specific offer. Two things worth double-checking before this goes live, since I can't verify either for you: Wording matters legally. Keep the message framed as "I'd like to explore acquiring/investing in your business" — never as "I'm offering you an investment opportunity" or anything that sounds like you're selling securities. The first is normal M&A outreach; the second can trigger securities-solicitation rules depending on wording. Australian spam rules. Cold emailing business owners in Australia falls under the Spam Act 2003 — there are some B2B exemptions, but worth confirming with whoever built the outreach agent that it's compliant (opt-out mechanism, sender identification, etc.) before it starts sending at volume.
